Fishing

During the training period, fishing is absolutely free. To start fishing later, the player must buy a bait, which costs between 1 and 5 Baitcoins (depending on the level of the bait). One cast is equal to one bait spent. The cost and the level of the bait have a direct influence on the amount and quality of the catch.

The cost of the bait and the distribution of rarity are as shown in the picture.

When a player clicks on one of the baits, it locks, after which the player manually casts the fishing rod and begins catching NFT fish.

After catching a fish, an NFT/NON-NFT card appears in front of the player with the following characteristics of the fish:

  • Title and Description

  • Weight and Grade

  • Rarity

Weight directly affects the rarity of the card, which is visually represented by a dash. There are several levels of value:

Rarity
Frame
Grade

Common

Usual gray frame

Tied to the weight value range up to 19.99%

Bronze

Bronze frame

Tied to the weight value range from 20% up to 54.99%

Silver

Silver frame

Tied to the weight value range from 55% up to 79.99%

Gold

Golden frame

Tied to the weight value range from 80% and higher

The rarity value of the card increases in proportion to the maximum record weight of the fish. The weight of the fish is not cumulative, but only shows the record of caught fish of the same species.

For example, if a catfish weighing 12 kg (24% of the value) is caught, it falls under the rarity "Common". When the player casts the bait for the second time, he is lucky enough to catch exactly the same catfish, but it already weighs 24 kg (48% of the value), and thus the rarity of this fish species increases to Bronze.
